I'm the owner and licensed esthetician behind Zap Beauty Bar, and my passion is helping people feel confident in their skin through personalized, results-driven skincare in a relaxing, welcoming environment.

The Story Behind Zap Beauty Bar

People often ask me where the name Zap Beauty Bar came from.

The name is inspired by my baby brother, Zayne Alexander Price (Z.A.P.), and it holds a very special place in my heart. When I started my business in 2019, I wanted a name that wasn't just beautiful—I wanted it to have meaning.

Every time I see the name Zap Beauty Bar, I'm reminded of why I started this journey: to build something meaningful, make a positive impact in people's lives, and create a space where every client feels seen, supported, and confident in their own skin.

My Journey

My journey into aesthetics began in 2014 when I graduated from I.T.S. Beauty Academy in Plano, Texas.

After graduation, I worked at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, where I developed a strong foundation in professional skincare, client education, and creating exceptional experiences.

Over the years, I've earned esthetic licenses in Texas, Missouri, and Florida, and I've remained committed to continuing my education because I believe my clients deserve the very best care.

In 2019, I took a leap of faith and opened Zap Beauty Bar.

Owning my own business has allowed me to create more than just a skincare studio—it's become a place where genuine relationships are built, confidence is restored, and every client is treated like family.

In 2024, I returned to school to become a Licensed Electrologist and Certified Laser Technician, allowing me to expand my services with advanced hair removal and corrective skin treatments using professional technologies, including the Aerolase Neo laser.

Because the skincare industry is always evolving, I continue investing in advanced education and training so I can provide the safest, most effective treatments available.

Going through my own acne journey transformed not only my skin but also my confidence. That experience inspired me to become a Face Reality Certified Acne Specialist so I could help others experience that same life-changing transformation.

Today, nothing brings me more joy than seeing a client smile because they're finally feeling confident in their skin again.

From the moment you walk through the door, my goal is for you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for—like you're visiting a friend who truly wants to see you succeed.
